We offer a range of search products including 60 year full searches, 40 year searches, 2 owner searches, updates/bring-downs, and customized searches, including commercial property searches. Expedited searches within 2 business days. Normal turn-around is within 5 business days from order date.

Commercial 60 Year Search- $375

A sixty year search detailing current ownership, legal description, recorded plats, chain of title, easements, restrictions, and covenants on record, outstanding liens, judgments, and deeds of trust.

Residential 40 Year Search- $175

A forty year search detailing current ownership, legal description, recorded plats, chain of title, easements, restrictions, and covenants on record, outstanding liens, judgments, and deeds of trust.

2 Owner Search- $125

Provides current ownership, prior ownership, legal description, unreleased liens, judgments, and deeds of trust, and any other encumbrances recorded during the ownership period.

Update/Bring-down- $25

A review of public records since the date of the original search to ensure nothing new appeared through date of recording a new deed.

Attorney Opinion Letter- $250 (Add-on fee payable to attorney)

Need additional confidence? Attorney opinion letters are offered through Mata & Hill PLC on all of the search products. Search results are examined by and certified by an attorney at law.
